Product & Warranty Registration
All products are covered by a minimum 12 months warranty. In many cases the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period than this and we recommend that you go to that manufacturers Australian website as these are same terms and conditions that we will support your product purchase under.
The warranty period commences on the date of the tax invoice issued to your nominated e-mail address. During the warranty period if the product is found to be defective it will be repaired/replaced as per the manufactures Australian websites terms and conditions.
To register your warranty information please login to your account here then click on Edit account and scroll to the bottom and you will see Warranty Information. Enter your part name and invoice/order number in the box. (One item per line if you have multiple items). You should also keep a copy of your invoice for your own records. You can always re-print your invoices by clicking on My Orders, you will see a list of previous orders in there.
